Asset Lifecycle Specialist

Role: Asset Lifecycle Specialist responsible for managing manufacturing and facility assets throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure reliable operations supporting biopharmaceutical production. Responsibilities include developing asset management strategies, maintaining accurate data within CMMS, analyzing performance and failure trends, and supporting the site’s transition to the Lean Digital Core by enhancing asset data and enabling maintenance system integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering or related field; 3+ years of experience managing assets in regulated environments; hands-on experience with equipment commissioning, qualification, and GMP compliance; familiarity with asset data management systems. Preferred: experience with aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing, SAP S/4HANA, and Lean Digital Core initiatives. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, facility asset management, GMP environment, digital transformation, and lifecycle optimization. Work setup: Indianapolis-based, with no relocation support.
