As an Asset Lead, Oncology Outcomes Research (O2R) Group Director, you will lead a team of scientists to develop and implement health outcomes and real-world strategies on a global and US market level. You will strategically communicate with diverse internal and external partners, focusing on quantifying and communicating the value proposition of AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio. Your role includes developing and overseeing research plans for assets, participating in key internal review meetings, and managing a team of outcomes researchers to deliver impactful results.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $188,732.80 - 283,099.20 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program. Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
