The Asset Care Lead provides strategic and operational leadership for the PACE program, focusing on asset reliability and lifecycle management. This role drives asset reliability excellence, optimizes lifecycle costs, and ensures effective management of Pfizer's global asset network. The role requires broad technical knowledge across reliability, workflow management, and lifecycle asset management. The role manages process oversight of Global SOP's and Work Instructions and involves close partnership with operating units and site leadership, GTEL/GEO teams (BEST), Digital, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and other PGS teams.
