ASPEX Compounder Lead, 3rd shift

Role: ASPEX Compounder Lead responsible for processing ingredients and pharmaceutical products, including contact lens manufacturing, ensuring high quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: perform compound processing, equipment maintenance, follow GMP/GxP standards, participate in process improvements, and document compliance; make critical decisions affecting production. Requirements: High School Diploma, 3+ years relevant experience, fluent English, ability to lift 50 lbs, 3rd shift availability (11pm-7:30am), no travel required. Preferred: experience in compounding, leadership potential, team collaboration, proficiency with LabVantage, PieVision, Cognos, TrackWise, Maximo.
