Role Summary
Maintain aseptic conditions in controlled areas in pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution environments. Support aseptic cleaning and other cleaning operations, applying procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment as part of technical operations. Follow standard procedures, identify process issues, and solve problems within your area of expertise to help achieve manufacturing goals. Location: On Premise. This role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Responsibilities
- Maintain aseptic conditions in all environmentally controlled areas according to specific instructions and standard operating procedures, in compliance with CGMP and safety rules.
- Perform duties including cleaning activities such as mopping, wiping, stretching, lifting, and standing.
- Be self-motivated and detail oriented.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations and technician's work
- Ability to learn to use industry-standard software such as Quality Tracking System, Pfizer Document Management System, and Enterprise Asset Management Solution
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to work unsupervised
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations and training
- Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Education
- High School Diploma or GED

- Physical/Mental Requirements: Function well under stressful conditions; maintain focus and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am) with a 2-3-2 pattern; usually works every other weekend; holiday hours may be required to meet business and/or customer needs.
