Aseptic Product Quality Associate Director

Role: Associate Director of Aseptic Product Quality within AbbVie's Eye Care Global Team, providing expert leadership in aseptic manufacturing quality assurance. Responsibilities: lead aseptic strategies, conduct due diligence visits to external manufacturing partners (TPMs/CMOs), assess aseptic operations, drive best practice implementation, and oversee aseptic investigations and risk mitigation; monitor emerging technologies and industry standards; support regulatory compliance and quality oversight across internal and external sites; foster cross-functional collaboration and proactive issue resolution; promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
