Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a national team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs)
- Develop FRM strategies and tactics in partnership with the Director, Field Reimbursement Strategy and Operations Engagement; serve as functional subject matter expert
- Partner with PSP and Commercial Operations to monitor account activity vs. goals and provide Quarterly Business Review updates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop KPIs/MBOs for the team
- Plan, direct, implement, and oversee FRM activities for a specific U.S. geographic region
- Ensure FRMs are trained and compliantly using approved promotional materials and systems
- Direct FRMs to educate healthcare providers and staff on product coverage, patient support program enrollment, and patient support offerings
- Proactively monitor and develop FRM plans in response to coverage/reimbursement changes impacting patient access
- Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, education, and advocacy
- Collaborate with FRM peers to align business rules and strategic objectives; share best practices across the team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic market access activities and effective customer account planning/engagements
- Drive pull-through of reimbursement and access strategies for new product/indication launches
- Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and access in assigned geography; support accurate coverage determinations and optimized enrollment processing
- Develop business plans via strategic customer analyses; collaborate with Sales leadership on local access strategy
- Continuously improve patient access deliverables/services and the customer experience

Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related healthcare industry
- 5+ yearsโ€™ experience with Specialty Pharmaceuticals/Biologics
- Progressive field leadership with demonstrated team management success
- Deep understanding of Specialty Pharmacy and third-party services
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturer compliance, patient confidentiality, product reimbursement, and product access requirements
- Knowledge of regulations/laws protecting patient identifying information and applicable access-offering requirements

- Annual base salary: $220,000โ€“$225,000 (actual varies); may include company car/car allowance and eligibility for commissions/bonus
