Area Therapy Advancement Manager (ATAM) — field-based (Pacific Coast Region: OR, CA, AK, HI, Reno NV, Las Vegas NV; residence in territory required)
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and retain Therapy Advancement team; performance management, succession planning; coach/manage RTAMs.
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning: identify priority accounts; develop and lead business-critical commercial goals; serve on sales area leadership team.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs: partner with health system/hospital leadership to improve access to care and patient outcomes.
- Increase awareness and market presence for atrial fibrillation (AFib) and related treatment options; plan/execute marketing projects and campaigns.
- Collaborate with field sales to ensure strategic priority alignment; maintain routine communication with RTAMs and EP leadership.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence: uphold Health Care Compliance rules; complete mandatory training and required administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years professional experience; 4+ years sales and marketing experience.
- Medical device industry experience; people leadership experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; consultative relationship-building; strategic relationship management across an organization.
- Inclusive/Growth mindset; manage multiple projects with urgency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel (overnights/weekends).
- Reside within or willingness to relocate to the geography.
Preferred:
- Prior sales and/or clinical experience in electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated base pay range: $115k–$156K.
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation; company car allowance via FLEET program.
