Job Summary
Area Therapy Advancement Manager – US Commercial Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the regional Therapy Advancement team (recruit, coach/manage RTAM performance, performance management, succession and development planning).
- Drive strategic alignment and business planning (identify priority accounts; develop and lead commercial goals; influence area sales leadership strategy).
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs (partner with health system administration/hospital leadership to accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes; maximize use of Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG resources).
- Advance awareness and market presence for AFib (connect physicians to marketing initiatives; plan and execute national-level marketing projects/campaigns).
- Collaborate across teams (routine communication with RTAMs, sales leadership, and EP leadership to ensure execution/consistency).
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence (uphold HCC rules; complete required training, expense reporting, and administrative tasks).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years professional work experience and 4+ years sales and marketing experience.
- Medical device industry experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong presentation/communication skills; consultative relationship-building.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 60% travel (including overnights/weekends).
- Residence within or willingness to relocate to the geography.

Preferred:
- Prior sales/clinical experience in electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
- Master’s degree.
