Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology (PA/OH/WV Territory)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strategic territory plan (account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, launch prioritization).
- Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
- Lead product/technical/clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption.
- Present value propositions; collaborate on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption plans.
- Support customers to achieve clinical, operational, and economic goals; drive utilization and satisfaction.
- Partner with the Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education and utilization growth.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Monarch Urology, kidney stone treatment workflows, customer economics, and competitive trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 2+ years relevant healthcare, medical device, B2B sales, or related experience (4+ preferred for senior roles).
- 2+ years capital equipment sales/complex medical sales (preferred).
- Ability to communicate technical/clinical/economic value to physicians and economic buyers.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
- Preferred: experience in urology/endourology/robotics/OR-based selling.
- Required: hospital and ambulatory surgery center selling; attend live cases with protective equipment.
- Travel up to 75% within territory; valid driverβs license.
