Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology (field-based; Gulf South Territory: TX & LA; parts of MS)
You will be responsible for:
- Develop/execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
- Build/maintain strategic territory plan (account segmentation, funnel management, forecast updates, launch prioritization).
- Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
- Lead product/technical/clinical discussions and demonstrations to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
- Present value propositions; collaborate on pricing, program terms, and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, launch support, and adoption plans.
- Support customers’ clinical, operational, and economic goals; drive long-term utilization and satisfaction.
- Partner with Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative on referral education and account/utilization growth.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology, kidney stone workflows, customer economics, and competitive trends.
- Operate in compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/B2B sales experience (4+ preferred for senior roles).
- 2+ years capital equipment/complex medical sales preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical, clinical, and economic value to physicians and economic buyers.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/robotics/OR-based selling.
- Ability to work in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers; attend live cases; use protective equipment.
- Travel up to 75% within territory; valid driver’s license.
Additional job description:
- Field-based clinical support; frequent hospital/procedural travel; case support, education, and customer coordination; work autonomously while partnering with commercial team.
Benefits/comp (as stated):
- Sales incentive compensation program/MBO eligibility.
- Base pay range: $110,000–$150,000.
- J&J Fleet program: company car or car allowance (subject to terms).
