Role: Area Sales Director focused on advancing the Opzelura franchise within the dermatology sector, leading a team of Dermatology Business Directors and Therapeutic Specialists. Responsibilities: develop and execute local business plans, guide resource allocation, build relationships with thought leaders, drive sales performance through meetings and best practice sharing, conduct performance reviews, ensure compliance, and develop innovative, measurable strategies to meet revenue targets. Qualifications: bachelor's degree or equivalent, extensive experience in specialty dermatology sales, proven leadership and team development skills, proficiency in MS Office and database applications, with experience in access and reimbursement advantageous.
