Role: Area Sales Director (ASD) focused on advancing the Opzelura dermatology franchise, leading a team of Dermatology Business Directors and therapeutic specialists to maximize business opportunities. Responsibilities: develop and execute sales strategies, guide resource allocation, build thought leader relationships, conduct performance reviews, ensure compliance, and foster high-performing, inclusive teams. Requirements: bachelor's degree or equivalent; extensive experience in specialty dermatology sales and leadership; proven success in sales performance and team development; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to travel up to 50%.
