Area Sales Director, Immunology - West

Role: Area Sales Director responsible for leading the dermatology sales team and advancing the Opzelura franchise. Objectives include maximizing business opportunities, developing high-performing teams, and executing regional and national sales strategies. Responsibilities: guide Dermatology Business Directors and Therapeutic Specialists, allocate resources, build thought leader relations, conduct performance reviews, ensure compliance, drive revenue, develop metrics, and foster innovation and inclusivity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, extensive experience in specialty dermatology sales and leadership, proficiency in office software, a proven sales record, and success in team development. Preferred: experience in access and reimbursement. High-Value: focus on dermatology, specialty therapeutic sales, leadership in commercial dermatology, travel up to 50%, remote/hybrid work possible.
