Area Rare Cardiac Specialist (ARCS) - Columbus, OH

Role: Field-based Rare Disease – Rare Cardiac Senior Health & Science Specialist responsible for driving sales growth of Pfizer's Rare Cardiac therapies through strategic, compliant customer engagement within assigned accounts. Responsibilities: build relationships with cardiology healthcare providers, deliver approved disease-state and product messaging, support patient access through reimbursement and prior authorization info, leverage digital tools for territory planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and remove access barriers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales/marketing or related healthcare experience); valid US driver’s license; strong sales acumen; understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and reimbursement; digital engagement skills. Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience in cardiology or hospital settings, key opinion leader engagement, strategic decision-making, and familiarity with biologics and reimbursement complexities.
