Area Rare Cardiac Specialist (ARC), Rare Cardiac - Knoxville, TN

Role: Field-based Senior Health & Science Specialist in Rare Cardiac to drive sales growth, foster compliant relationships with cardiology healthcare providers, and support appropriate therapy access. Responsibilities: conduct in-person engagement with multidisciplinary teams, deliver approved product and disease-state messaging, identify opportunities for patient referrals, and assist with access barriers through reimbursement and authorization support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage digital tools to optimize territory activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 8+ years with associate’s or 10+ years with high school diploma); 3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device sales, marketing, or healthcare provider experience; valid US driver’s license. Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, particularly in Cardiology or hospitals; strong disease state and biologics knowledge; experience engaging KOLs; digital engagement skills. High-Value: Rare Cardiac indications, specialty biologics, complex disease management, and clinical evidence-based promotion. Work setup: Field-based territory role with travel, including overnight stays as needed. Authorization: US work authorized, no sponsorship.
