Role Summary

The Area Rare Cardiac Specialists (ARCS) will target health care providers across general cardiology within IDN/Health Systems and group practice accounts to execute ATTR-CM disease awareness. This role supports patient identification and treatment by collaborating with the Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS) and reporting to the Area Business Manager (ABM). The ARCS will develop and execute territory sales plans, build relationships to drive patient recognition, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize customer opportunities and projects to maximize impact using data and stakeholder input
  • Develop territory business objectives and key performance metrics aligned to brand goals
  • Maintain active customer profiles, plans, and data sets in planning resources
  • Refine call planning to optimize schedules based on local territory factors
  • Utilize advanced selling skills and approved brand messaging to align with customer priorities
  • Educate customers on ATTR-CM and related diagnostic procedures to support patient identification and treatment
  • Demonstrate brand value proposition and deliver value-added messaging in a compliant manner
  • Collaborate with CAS and other colleagues to connect resources and accelerate patient starts
  • Coordinate with other teams and SMEs to deliver an elevated customer experience
  • Demonstrate business acumen by gathering insights and applying them to local planning
  • Engage in professional development and continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and compliant selling practices across the organization

Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum of 5-10 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree; OR an associateโ€™s degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Required: Demonstrated ability to formulate, develop, write, communicate, and monitor territory business plans
  • Required: Demonstrated history of strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Required: Strong analytical skills with experience applying market/customer insights to sales planning and execution
  • Required: Valid US driverโ€™s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Required: Ability to follow company policies; no disqualifying DUI/DWI within the past 7 years
