Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; consistently deliver on product goals.
- Be a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Coordinate with field stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers, etc.) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics and trends; develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives and ensuring account success in assigned geography.
- Leverage account/territory data and partner with data specialists to generate insights that help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using an agile approach leveraging AI and other digital tools.
- Develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand and differentiate portfolio contracting options and competitive offerings through financial presentations.
- Perform buy/bill operational support: complex pricing analysis/price calculator usage, product shipping, monitor contract compliance, and secure contract amendments.
- Adapt to changing sales methodologies, including remote selling.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in and help lead assigned initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales with business-to-business knowledge.
- Broad understanding of healthcare environment, decision-making, and market trends; proven ability to access decision makers.
- Strong commercial acumen; strategic thinking; critical thinking/problem solving.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and determine optimal HCP selling model.
- Omnichannel experience; ability to execute customer engagement using insights.
- Demonstrated data/analytics skills.
- Passion for science; proactive learning in disease-state and healthcare trends.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple products.
- Self-directed, organized; excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred:
- Graduate degree; 5+ years relevant sales (B2B).
- 2+ years account management experience.
- Enhanced digital and strong clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, or Finance.
- Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases.

Travel:
- Up to 75%.
