Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; deliver product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Coordinate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account managers, hospital business managers, and others to proactively address customer needs.
- Analyze market dynamics/trends; develop strategies aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Use account/territory data and partner with internal data specialists to help HCPs operate more effectively.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using AI and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to increase product utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand and differentiate contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Execute buy/bill operations: pricing analysis and calculator use, product shipping, contract compliance monitoring, and contract amendments.
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in/lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Travel up to 75%.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare environment/decision-making and proven ability to access decision makers.
- Business-to-business success; strong commercial acumen and strategic/problem-solving skills.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; eligible for insurance; ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Preferred Skills:
- Graduate degree; 5+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales (B2B).
- 2+ years account management; enhanced digital and clinical acumen.
- Experience in Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance.
- MS Office and customer management databases; omnichannel engagement experience; strong data/analytics skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication; self-directed, organized, agile in complex environments.
