Main Responsibilities
- Engage in account-based B2B interactions with customer segments (Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, FQHCs) and present clinically focused selling messages.
- Build trusting relationships with healthcare professionals face-to-face and remotely; act as an “account orchestrator” to improve customer/patient outcomes using cross-functional support.
- Grow portfolio share and revenue; deliver on product goals.
- Serve as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies to support brand/corporate objectives and drive account success.
- Use account/territory data and AI/digital tools for agile ABM strategy.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive utilization; perform buy/bill operational work (pricing analysis, shipping, contract compliance, amendments).
- Plan local promotional speaker programs; maximize budget in the territory.
- Participate in congresses/meetings and lead assigned initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/life sciences and/or B2B sales.
- Proven ability accessing healthcare decision makers; strong B2B commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving.
- Ability to navigate hybrid/omnichannel selling; data/analytics skills.
- Valid driver’s license; eligible to be insured.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales (B2B); 2+ years vaccines account management.
- Digital and clinical acumen; Market Access/Pricing/Contracting/Finance experience.
- MS Office and customer management databases.
