Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Dermatology/Immunology customers in assigned territory; deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, and grow brand share and revenue for atopic dermatitis and other dermatologic indications.
- Coordinate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Build relationships with dermatology experts, biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups (as directed).
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities by coordinating/calling on large group practices and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed; additional travel within territory may be required.
- Proven sales success in complex markets with diverse customer segments while complying with integrity/compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics in a complex market.
- 2+ years selling dermatologic disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis) and calling on Dermatologists.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented launch track record.
- Experience training office staff/nurses/office managers; strong science/disease-state learning aptitude.
- Highly organized; strong account management skills.
