Position Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Rezdiffra, its mechanism of action, and clinical benefits.
- Communicate the product’s clinical profile to healthcare professionals.
- Tailor product presentations to individual HCP needs.
- Create a detailed territory-level business plan for launch execution post-FDA approval.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize coverage and impact in assigned territory.
- Identify and target key HCPs (gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, and APPs).
- Analyze and ensure utilization of provided sales/marketing tools to educate HCPs.
- Provide product training and education to HCPs and their staff.
- Stay current on GI clinical data and treatment guidelines.
- Use clinical and business acumen (including assessments) to meet sales objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adapt strategy and improve performance.
- Drive compliant sales results to targeted HCPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular territory/performance reports.
- Attend company-sponsored sales/medical meetings and necessary conferences.
- 100% in-person interactions with healthcare providers; no remote role.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience required.
- Prior specialty launch experience preferred.
- Proven sales success; GI experience strongly preferred.
- Strong local GI market knowledge; access to local GI thought leaders preferred.
- Ability to use sales/market data to create actionable territory plans.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills (including virtual influence).
- Ability to work independently and in teams; motivated, adaptable.
- Ability to learn complex scientific/technical information and communicate to HCPs.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license; travel required (often 30–50% overnight for larger regions).
- Ability to sit for extended periods; frequent equipment/computer use; lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must live within territory boundaries (ideally near workload center).
