Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergy/Immunology customers in assigned territory with clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, and grow brand-share and revenue; deliver product goals for atopic dermatitis and asthma.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., sales counterparts, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement/Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market trends, develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives, and ensure account success.
- Build relationships with Allergy experts and healthcare personnel, including biologic coordinators, office staff, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to drive product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies/tactics and generate/grow business.
- Participate in and help lead sales initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities in the geography, including coordination/calling on large group practices and key targets.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
- Proven success in consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics.
- 2+ years selling experience in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis).
- 2+ years selling calling on Allergists or Dermatologists.
- Launch experience in specialty care/biologics; alliance/matrix partnership experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented product launch success.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Strong science learning aptitude; highly organized with strong account management skills.
