Main Responsibilities
- Engage customers within assigned geographical territory and deliver clinically focused message to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue and consistently deliver on product goals
- Collaborate and coordinate with field-based stakeholders (e.g., Regeneron Sales Professional counterpart, Medical Science Liaisons, Field Access Specialists, Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives, and ensure optimal account success
- Develop strong working relationships with asthma experts and other Allergy/Immunology specialists in assigned geography, as well as biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups
- Drive results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities
- Maximize territory budget to support strategy/tactics and generate/grow the business
- Participate in and help lead initiatives to support sales success (e.g., industry congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences)
- Own business opportunities in the geographic area, including calling on large group practices and other key targets
- Establish relationships with thought leaders in assigned territory; drive industry-leading customer value

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product-related information
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary (additional travel within territory may be required)
- Proven success in consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments with integrity within compliance guidelines
- Ability to operate as a “team player” to reach common goals
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience
- 2+ years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable (or office-administered IV) biologics
- 2+ years selling in asthma or other immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis)
- 2+ years calling on Allergists or Dermatologists
- Launch experience in specialty care and biologics
- Alliance/matrix partnership experience
- Advanced clinically based selling skills
- Proven track record of success with product launches
- Experience training/in-servicing office staff, nurses, and office managers
- Passion/learning aptitude for science and proactive strengthening of disease-state, treatment options, and healthcare trends
- Highly organized with strong account management skills
