Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Allergists and ENTs within an assigned geography and deliver clinically focused selling messages to introduce, launch, grow brand-share and revenue, and consistently deliver product goals for asthma, CRSwNP, atopic dermatitis, and EOE.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement and Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with immunology experts and Allergy/ENT specialists, biologic coordinators, office staff, other healthcare personnel, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to support strategy/tactics and generate/grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., industry congresses, regional/local meetings, medical conferences).
- Own business opportunities, including calling on large group practices and key targets to drive results.
- Establish relationships with thought leaders to drive industry-leading customer value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as needed within the territory.
- Proven consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments while operating with integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Team player; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years selling sub-cutaneous self-injectable or office-administered IV biologics.
- 2 years selling experience in asthma or immunology disorders (e.g., atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis).
- 2 years calling on Allergists and/or ENTs.
- Co-promotion experience.
- Advanced clinically based selling skills; results-oriented with product launch success.
- Experience in-servicing/training office staff, nurses, and office managers.
- Passion for science and proactive learning about disease state, treatments, and healthcare trends.
- Highly organized with strong account management skills.
