Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a division team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) to build trust with customers and demonstrate value in B2B selling.
- Develop divisional business plans by product, segment, and contracting modality; direct ABMs on acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted accounts.
- Implement ABM customer plans using omnichannel promotion and analytical tools; conduct business reviews using account/territory data.
- Support account prioritization across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Lead account plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives aligned to regional goals; maintain and expand sales by navigating contracting and pricing.
- Establish/track territory performance metrics; coach/train ABMs on opportunities and key contacts.
- Partner cross-functionally to prioritize account initiatives; recruit/select/train/coach and staff the team; maintain morale and support career development.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years related sales experience (preferably B2B and/or healthcare).
- 3–5 years first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers; strong leadership, coaching, collaboration, negotiation.
- Inclusive mindset; role-model alignment with core values; travel regularly; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced/master’s degree; vaccine sales and buy-and-bill knowledge.
- Launch experience (last 4 years); acute care/vaccine executive value proposition.
- Managed market dynamics; exposure to other business functions.
