Responsibilities:
- Lead a division team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) in a business-to-business selling environment.
- Develop divisional business plans and break down business targets by product, segment, and contracting modality.
- Direct ABMs to acquire, expand, and retain targeted customer accounts.
- Implement ABM customer plans using omnichannel promotion and analytical tools; drive efficiency in assigned geography.
- Support prioritization across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Deliver account performance objectives via robust, measurable, action-oriented account plans aligned to regional goals and brand strategies.
- Use account and territory data for business planning and business reviews.
- Support contracting/pricing navigation to maintain and grow sales.
- Establish and track territory performance metrics; adjust plans based on opportunity needs.
- Coach/train to identify opportunities and drive engagement with key points of contact.
- Coordinate cross-functional work to prioritize account initiatives; present partnerships and coordinate implementation.
- Recruit, select, train, coach; ensure team competencies; build morale and development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years related sales experience (preferably B2B and/or healthcare).
- 3–5 years first-line pharmaceutical sales leadership.
- Strong relationships with healthcare providers; leadership and coaching mindset.
- Collaborative influence and strong customer negotiation skills.
- Inclusive/demonstrated role-model leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Travel up to 75%.

Preferred:
- Advanced/Master’s degree.
- Vaccine sales knowledge; buy-and-bill, distribution, administration, reimbursement.
- Launch experience (last 4 years); managed market/competitive landscape knowledge.
