Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist

Role: Applications Service Delivery Analytics Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and improving analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to monitor Application Managed Services (AMS) performance, contractual metrics, and operational governance. Core responsibilities include implementing data models, automation, and reporting processes for service capacity planning, work execution, and performance tracking; analyzing operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; supporting governance and continuous improvement initiatives; and assisting with strategic service transitions and agreement modifications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in analytics, reporting, or operational performance metrics within IT service management, managed services, or similar environments; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), data analysis, and enterprise system data integration. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of related experience, familiarity with Jira, ITIL, SQL, and experience supporting application managed services or outsourced governance. High-value specifics: Focus on IT service delivery, managed services, operational analytics, and enterprise data systems. Collaboration with global teams, reporting to Service Delivery leadership, with potential remote work (within 50 miles of MN headquarters) and up to 5% travel.
