Objectives: assist with customer support, software testing, and internal processes while developing technical proficiency. Responsibilities: respond to support tickets, facilitate customer training and demos, support software and hardware testing, document results, and relay customer feedback. Requirements: no prior experience necessary; a technology-related degree is a plus but not required; comfort working in technical environments; strong communication and customer service skills; adaptability.
