Application Specialist Earthmoving

Role: Machine Control Application Specialist providing remote and in-field technical support, training, and troubleshooting for construction machinery systems. Responsibilities: support installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting at customer sites; deliver onsite and remote training; assist sales with demos and quotes; handle high-volume inbound support calls, diagnose issues using documentation and remote tools; document cases and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: hands-on experience with Machine Control or construction tech; working knowledge of GNSS, hydraulics, electrical systems, and software configuration; strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills; willing to travel up to 50%. Preferred: prior field technician experience, familiarity with MCX platforms, GNSS receivers, RTK radios, and heavy equipment operation; remote diagnostics proficiency.
