Job Description Roles and Responsibilities 超音場診断装置の対応が主要業務となりますが、クリニカルアプリケーションの職務としては、超音波セールスサポート／デモサポート／納品後のお客様サポート／お客様向けトレーニング／製品フィードバックで、主なものは以下の通りです。 Required Qualifications 超音波セールスサポート：販売前に営業と連携し専門的スキルを活用した、セールスのサポート業務 -デモサポート：医療機関に超音波装置を持ち込んだデモンストレーションの実施またはサポート業務 -デモ機のプリセットや画像調整：お客様の使用状況に合わせた超音波装置をカスタマイズの実施 -納品後のお客様サポート：製品を購入いただいて後の、使用方法やカスタマイズについてのアフターフォローの実施 -お客様向けトレーニング：お客様に対する、臨床的・工学的・トレンドからの情報等の勉強会の開催 -製品フィードバック：より良い製品開発につなげるために、開発部門へ、お客様の声をフィードバック情報として提供 -カスタマーコールセンターのサポート：電話などのリモート環境からの、お客様からの問い合わせ対応 -学会での展示説明員、講習会でのデモ機操作サポート Desired Characteristics -臨床検査技師または診療放射線技師の資格を持つこと -3年以上の超音波装置による検査経験あるいは、同等の知見があり、超音波診断装置を操作できる、また説明するための能力と専門性があること -臨床的知識あるいは、超音波の基礎知識を持つこと -高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること -現在の経験や知識に加えて、GEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること -高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること -周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、を既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること -日本語が流ちょうであること。英語力は不問ですが、学ぶことにたいして抵抗がないこと -要普通自動車免許 お客さまのニーズ/使用用途を知っていること -チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、エンゲージメントがある -業務活動及びプロジェクト完了を推進するための十分な解析スキルと能力 -臨床的知識、画像診断に関する知識、あるいは、超音波の基礎知識を持つこと -Microsoft Officeの知識、およびPCのスキル GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
