Application Engineer I/II

Role: Manufacturing Applications Specialist within Fill & Finish Expansions at Novo Nordisk, ensuring reliable operation of process control systems in aseptic production. Responsibilities: support 24/7 manufacturing applications, lead continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide training. Engage with production and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, develop action plans, and support audits as SME. Promote standards, change management, and process improvements aligned with quality and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field; 5-8+ years in process manufacturing IT or engineering roles; knowledge of PAS-X, POInT, PLC, SCADA preferred; project management experience a plus.
