Role: Biologics Process Development and Platform Strategy Co-op focused on biologics manufacturing, process development, and digital innovation within Johnson & Johnson's Protein Therapeutics API Development team. Responsibilities: support lab studies including non-chromatography screening and filtration, analyze experimental data, develop workflows to enhance process efficiency, and contribute to digital projects for data-driven decision making. Collaborate across scientific, manufacturing, and digital teams to translate knowledge into practical tools and strategies supporting multiple biologics programs. Requirements: current undergraduate or master's student in engineering, mathematics, data science, or related fields; strong communication and data analysis skills; interest in biologics manufacturing and digital technologies; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred: prior lab or research experience, familiarity with data visualization or programming tools, leadership qualities, and initiative. Qualifications: eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship, active enrollment throughout the internship, 40 hours/week availability, minimum GPA of 3.
