Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to standardization of reporting practices, metric governance, and analytics approaches.
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve data quality, governance, or integration issues impacting reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain reports, dashboards, and analytics with clear, actionable insights.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports (e.g., inventory accuracy, E&O, inventory reconciliation).
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate existing reporting relevance/effectiveness and recommend enhancements to content, tools, delivery methods, and processes.
- Partner with supply chain stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop solutions that meet user requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, ExM, Quality, DTE, and BAR to align on KPIs, metric definitions, data sources, and reporting priorities.
- Ensure reporting requirements are reflected in upstream data structures, standards, and processes (via master data and governance stakeholders).
- Partner with BAR and DTE to design scalable dashboard/reporting solutions and ensure system capabilities, configuration, and data integrity.
- Support a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and flexibility.
Technical & Communication Skills:
- Influence without authority; motivate others and build team unity.
- Ownership of responsibilities; see projects through to completion.
- Strong supply chain planning knowledge (Supply Planning, Inventory Management, MPS/MRP, Demand Planning, S&OP); experience planning with CMO and short/long-term build plans.
- Significant experience with Rapid Response (or similar MRP) and OPM (or similar inventory tracking).
- Deliver on critical goals; manage multiple projects effectively.
- Continuous improvement mindset; clear written/oral communication laterally and vertically.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in scientific or business discipline (preferably supply chain or industrial operations engineering).
- 5+ yearsβ experience (or equivalent education/experience) in supply chain or relevant field.
Flex Designation:
- Hybrid-Eligible (remote up to two days/week) or On-Site (five days/week on-site with ad hoc flexibility).
