Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Dissolution Team
- Mentor and guide team members
- Create a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment aligned with company core values
- Scientific Contributions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and interpret dissolution studies for formulation development and regulatory submissions
- Justify clinically relevant dissolution method parameters and specifications
- Understand late-stage analytical deliverables (method development, validation, specification setting, stability, release testing, and analytical strategies)
- Author dissolution sections for regulatory submissions
- Design validation protocols compliant with ICH and FDA guidelines
- Identify critical factors/parameters essential for robust method development and validation
- Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Use a solution-oriented mindset to address complex scientific problems
- Engage in constructive debates to drive data-driven decisions
- Continuous Learning and Growth:
- Stay current on dissolution science and analytical chemistry trends/technologies/best practices
- Seek professional development and apply new knowledge to enhance team capabilities
- Operational Excellence:
- Meet project timelines with urgency and deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Contribute to SOP and best-practice development

Education And Experience
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry with 4–7 years; or Master’s with 7+ years; or Bachelor’s with 10+ years
- Ability to learn/apply new scientific concepts and techniques
- Interpersonal skills to foster cross-team collaboration
- Ability to lead/mentor/inspire with desire to grow into a managerial role

Pay Range
- $140,800 - $211,200
