Role: Entry-level Field Service Engineer supporting Agilentโ€™s analytical instruments in customer labs, primarily in chromatography, spectrometry, and spectroscopy for diverse sectors like pharmaceuticals, environmental, and forensics. Objectives: install, maintain, repair instruments, and ensure optimal performance for client success.

Responsibilities: on-site installation and troubleshooting of Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, LC/MS, GC/MS, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy systems; diagnose product issues; advise on preventive maintenance; collaborate with Support, Sales, R&D teams; participate in technical training; relay customer insights to leadership.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering, or related sciences; strong problem-solving skills; passion for technology; minimal to no prior experience needed; effective team player; willing to travel (~50%) and relocate temporarily during onboarding.
