Analytical Development Co-Op

Role: Support Analytical Development in pharmaceutical formulation and method development for consumer health products. Responsibilities: assist in developing and validating analytical methods, conduct stability testing, perform laboratory experiments on APIs, excipients, and formulations across solid, liquid, topical, and gummy formats; analyze and interpret data; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Formulation Development, Site Operations, and Packaging. Requirements: pursuing master's or doctoral degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; hands-on lab experience with data analysis; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work on multiple projects within tight timelines; strong communication skills. Preferred: familiarity with chromatography, analytical instrumentation, DOE, and modeling software; prior research or R&D lab experience; proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
