Role: Bioproduct Research and Development (BR&D) Analytical Chemistry role supporting the antibody-drug conjugate portfolio.
Top candidates will be able to:
- Develop analytical methods to support progression of the antibody-drug conjugate portfolio.
- Evaluate and/or implement new analytical technologies/methods to advance bioproduct testing capabilities, with a focus on state-of-the-art separation sciences.
- Generate key data and information using HPLC, UHPLC, capillary electrophoresis, LCMS and/or other instrumental analysis techniques.
- Demonstrate learning agility and work with cross-functional teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Engage with scientists across Development and Manufacturing organizations to develop and validate robust analytical methods.
- Identify and exploit new scientific concepts; apply strong problem-solving skills; and contribute across multiple projects.
- Use strong written and verbal communication to address technical and business implications of work.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time (Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas).
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Experience with chromatographic separations and/or spectroscopic methods for analysis of antibody-drug conjugates.
- Experience with method validation and transfer.
- Scientific and people leadership skills.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and balance multiple priorities.

- Travel: 0 to 10%.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Anticipated wage: $65,250 - $169,400.
