Role Summary

The Analyst - Transformation Office is an integral part of the Management team based out of the US - Teaneck, NJ site. Supports disciplined delivery of Transformation initiatives by driving weekly cadence, managing performance management systems, preparing communications, and supporting finance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and trackers for the Transformation Office, Steering Committee, and Executive committee meetings ensuring all decisions and next steps are captured.
  • Run logistics during meetings (presentation, note-taking, consolidating and distributing action items).
  • Follow up on action trackers to ensure execution across Workstreams.
  • Manage performance management systems.
  • Serve as point of contact for performance management tool inquiries and user support.
  • Ensure accuracy of initiative data, timely updates in the Performance Management tool, and monitoring of pipeline progression through stage gates.
  • Support onboarding and training of new users on processes, business rules, and tool functionality.
  • Prepare communications.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track initiative progress and surface insights for leadership.
  • Draft clear, structured updates and presentations for leadership meetings and Transformation participants.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and problem-solving support to Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners and support Transformation finance.
  • Assist Transformation Office Finance Director with initiative valuation, impact tracking, and financial reconciliation.
  • Help incorporate Transformation progress and results into forecasts and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, program management, finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow through direct exposure to senior leadership in a high-impact transformation role.

Skills

  • Proficient with email, phones, and standard office equipment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Motivated self-starter, works well in groups, and demonstrates excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
