About The Role

The Analyst, Trade Operations is responsible for managing and providing technical and non-technical customer service. This role supports customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and online chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience. By addressing customer inquiries and issues, this role helps maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As an entry-level professional, you will tackle challenges within a focused and manageable scope. Your role is pivotal in applying core theories and concepts to practical scenarios, reflecting a seamless transition from academic excellence to professional application. You will harness standard methodologies to evaluate situations and data, cultivating a budding understanding of industry practices.

How you will contribute

  • Provide in-person and remote customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze sales and service data to identify trends and issues
  • Prepare reports summarizing business metrics
  • Coordinate effectively between different organizational units
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to manage multiple tasks
  • Contribute to team efforts by adhering to team rules and guidelines
  • Applies basic order processing skills under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Engages with customers following standard customer relations protocols to maintain service quality
  • Analyzes sales and service data to identify trends and issues, requiring minimal guidance
  • Solves standard problems by applying prescribed troubleshooting methods
  • Prepares accurate reports summarizing business metrics
  • Acts as a liaison, coordinating effectively between different organizational units
  • Manages multiple tasks by following established guidelines and procedures
  • Pays close attention to details, ensuring precision in all tasks under guidance
  • Manages time effectively, adhering to schedules and deadlines as per instructions
  • Manages stress in routine situations by following prescribed strategies
  • Generates invoices by following standard procedures
  • Contributes to team efforts by following basic team rules and guidelines

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of prior experience

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$56,000.00 - $88,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
