Responsibilities
- Assist with quantitative analyses (NPV/ROI modeling, build-vs-buy, make-vs-outsource, risk/benefit, cost optimization) supporting CMC/Supply Chain leadership decisions.
- Improve workflows, templates, and analytical processes.
- Gather/validate/consolidate technical, financial, and market inputs; conduct structured secondary research.
- Coordinate business rhythms (S&OP reviews, launch readiness, risk updates) and ensure inputs are current.
- Track cross-functional deliverables/milestones; surface bottlenecks; keep baselines current.
- Maintain CMC/Supply Chain KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, continuity playbooks, with data hygiene and version control.
- Prepare leadership slides, write-ups, pre-reads, meeting notes, and action trackers; collaborate with Commercial, FP&A, Accounting, BD, Legal, CMC, Supply Chain, and QA.
Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or science (Economics, Business Admin, Chemistry, ChemE, Bioengineering, Biology, etc.) + 0–2 years experience; meaningful wet lab experience (academic research or professional).
- Strong analytical/reasoning; structured problem-solving.
- Exceptional written/verbal/presentation skills; clear, concise, visually strong materials.
- PowerPoint and Excel (financial modeling/sensitivities); BI/data viz tools; Python/R/SQL a plus.
- Judgment for sensitive info and senior stakeholders; travel up to 10%.
- English fluency.
- Dual business + science background strongly preferred; relevant internships/co-ops (consulting, IB, equity research, therapeutics corporate) welcome.
