Role: Microbiology Laboratory Technician supporting environmental testing, process optimization, and microbiology initiatives within a biopharma manufacturing context. Responsibilities: perform sterilization, bioburden, endotoxin, microbial identification, and environmental monitoring tests; support quality systems, validation studies, investigations, and change controls; ensure compliance with ISO, USP, FDA, EU standards; participate in audits and continuous improvement activities; mentor junior staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in science (microbiology preferred); 5-7 years’ GMP microbiology experience; proficiency in microbial testing techniques (membrane filtration, inoculation, identification); strong knowledge of cGMP, CFR, USP, aseptic processing; excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to work weekends/nights if needed. Preferred: hands-on with microbiology assays, GMP manufacturing experience, microbiology validation. High-Value: microbiology in biopharma manufacturing, environmental monitoring, aseptic techniques, regulatory compliance, validation studies, GMP environment. WorkSetup: on-site with possible weekend/night shifts.
