The Analyst, Production Support - Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EH&S) is responsible for implementing environment, health, and safety programs for the Bloomington facility. Works with all departments to ensure safety is incorporated into daily work plans and schedules and ensures compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing an effective EH&S program meeting regulatory requirements
- Draft EH&S-related SOPs
- Provide training on EH&S procedures and policies
- Assist in ensuring the audit program is implemented and followed
- Assist with conducting and updating risk assessments (with EH&S Manager)
- Conduct annual agency reporting (with EH&S Manager)
- Assist the Safety Committee with monthly meetings and monthly site audits
- Support Safety Committee metrics for audit response time and EH&S program timelines
- Ensure contractor EH&S compliance and coordinate with departments
- Conduct incident reporting (workers comp) and annual OSHA reporting
- Follow all safety and environmental requirements; other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university + 2+ years relevant experience (required)
- OR Associate’s degree + 4+ years relevant experience
- OR High school diploma/equivalent + 6+ years relevant experience
Preferred:
- OSHA reporting requirements
- Familiarity with risk assessments
- Understanding of GMP regulations, documentation, and requirements
- Hazardous waste management experience
