Position Summary
The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and execution of compensation programs and processes, contributing to job architecture activities, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, compensation operations, and annual compensation cycle support. Partners with Compensation, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRIT to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient compensation administration aligned with organizational guidelines and market standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit planning and incentive cycles.
- Prepare benchmarking data to support compensation recommendations and market competitiveness assessments.
- Participate in compensation surveys (data gathering, validation, submission, and market trend analysis).
- Support job architecture activities (job documentation, job matching, and compensation-related data maintenance).
- Maintain salary structures, compensation records, and market pricing data.
- Implement/enhance compensation tools, systems upgrades, and operational processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
- Support compensation operations (audits, data validation, process documentation).
- Partner with HRIS, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compensation to ensure accurate/timely administration.
- Contribute to compensation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver customer-focused service balancing accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Typically 1–3 years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related analytical work.
- Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking, salary surveys, or HR operations preferred.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems (preferably Workday) and compensation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Familiarity with AI tools in HR/analytics/compensation preferred.
