Associate Business Systems Analyst (FAiM)
Responsibilities:
- Comply with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
- Learn and understand business processes around Global Therapeutics Business Teams.
- Consult with business users on current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
- Develop business user requirements, functional requirements, user stories, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data flows.
- Ensure current and accurate system requirements and documentation for existing and new systems.
- Research and analyze system issues and appropriate resolutions.
- Align business and technology on plans, requirements, sprint schedules, trade-offs, and project scope/goals.
- Consult functional areas to understand varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
- Determine how changing business needs affect systems.
- Create and manage system change requests and implementation documentation.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business team members.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
- Ability to analyze business processes and communicate requirements clearly.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-based environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, data, or automation (internships/projects/co-op).
- Familiarity with AI/generative AI/ML/LLMs; prompt design, LLM use cases, RAG, AI agents, or evaluation.
- Python experience (scripting, data manipulation, API integration, automation).
- Exposure to RPA/workflow automation platforms.
- Process mapping, requirements management, Agile, user story development.
- Familiarity with data concepts, relational databases, APIs, system integrations.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power Automate, UiPath (or comparable).
- SDLC concepts and testing practices.
- Interest in regulated industries/life sciences/healthcare.
