Primary Responsibilities
- Support the evolution of the Customer Suggestions platform, including new suggestion types and refinement of existing logic
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable, field-facing insights
- Ensure suggestions are simple, prioritized, and aligned to field workflows; maintain documentation for suggestion logic and outputs
Prioritization & Signal Management
- Support prioritization and ranking of Customer Suggestions
- Balance volume, variety, and usefulness across territories
- Identify low-value or redundant signals and recommend improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams (e.g., DAI, Omnichannel, Marketing, Market Access) to incorporate relevant inputs
- Translate cross-functional ideas into practical, field-facing suggestions while keeping focus on execution
Intake & Translation
- Support intake of new suggestion ideas/requests; translate into structured, scalable logic
- Evaluate feasibility and prioritize enhancements
Performance Monitoring, Testing & Validation
- Monitor field engagement and feedback; gather input from trainers, office hours, and direct feedback
- Support iteration based on performance and business needs
- Support testing/validation; analyze results to refine logic
Analytics & Reporting
- Conduct targeted analyses; evaluate potential new inputs/signals/use cases
- Support Tableau views; perform QC checks and troubleshoot data issues
Tools & Skills (Required)
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical logic and outputs
- Comfortable with large datasets and data inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills

Experience & Education (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Analytics/Data Science/IS/Statistics/Marketing or related field
- Relevant internship/co-op/academic/professional experience in analytics/reporting or related areas
- Interest in healthcare/pharmaceuticals/commercial operations/customer engagement/field analytics
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $59,000–$70,000; eligible for annual performance pay bonus; competitive benefits package
