AMERICAS DC Operations Global RSC & eIFU Leader (Raritan, NJ or São José dos Campos, Brazil)

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Supply Chain Technology (SCT) strategy and operations for 24+ MedTech Distribution Center sites across North and Latin America.
- Lead delivery and lifecycle management of technologies automating >$13B in inventory/DC operations.
- Drive systems for product shipments and inventory management (accuracy, throughput, SLA adherence).
- Design/implement/sustain labeling and shipping solutions (~150M labels/year across ~260K SKUs).
- Establish governance, KPIs, and incident response for DC technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, labeling, PLC/WCS integrations).
- Manage financial performance/investments: ~$130M P&L and >$300M capital investments; drive ROI and cost efficiency.
- Lead/develop organization (5–7 direct reports; 200+ indirect resources).
- Support cross-functional initiatives, represent the organization in audits/inspections/governance, and coordinate incident escalations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, IS, CS, or related).
- 10+ years leading technology delivery/operations in supply chain/logistics/distribution (or similar large-scale environments).
- Multi-site operations technology leadership (reliability/service management/continuous improvement).
- People leadership experience (managers and matrix/partner orgs).
- Experience managing budgets/investment portfolios (P&L/capital planning; ROI tracking).
- Experience with DC/logistics ecosystems: WMS, TMS, labeling/shipping, and automation integrations (PLC/WCS).

Preferred:
- Master’s degree; certifications (PMP, ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma).
- Deep understanding of DC systems, automation/controls (PLC/WCS), enterprise platforms.
- Service/incident/problem management; KPI-driven operations leadership.
