Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges to meet customer needs with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Apply knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges.
- Use territory data and market trends for local insights, pull-through efforts, and impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or complex sales environments (e.g., medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B), with large geographically dispersed sales teams; Associate Level may consider limited sales experience.
- Proven track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic abilities; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60β80% and drive/fly in territory; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Patient services and market access knowledge (buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement) and experience calling on HCPs.
Training/Compensation (role-specific):
- Field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (β€8 hours/day, β€40 hours/week).
- Salary range by level: Associate $77,000β$143,000; Territory $93,800β$174,200; Senior $119,700β$222,300; Executive $132,300β$245,700. Performance-based cash incentive; possible eligibility for annual equity depending on level.
