Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan to align priorities and drive product demand to improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory/field/home-office teams to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to identify opportunities and lead engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Strong analytics, ethical leadership, and commitment to compliance.
- Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license; ability to drive and/or fly.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Training:
- Complete initial training for field roles (home study up to 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week).
Compensation/Benefits (US eligible):
- Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility.
- Salary ranges by level: $77kβ$143k (Associate), $93.8kβ$174.2k (Territory), $119.7kβ$222.3k (Senior), $132.3kβ$245.7k (Executive).
