Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team of Territory Account Specialists; set KPIs/accountability cadence.
- Model leadership by setting clear expectations, enabling others, and improving processes.
- Monitor/mentor team effectiveness in orchestrating total account calls and deploying resources to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans with customer engagement and cross-functional partners.
- Serve on regional leadership team to support regional goals, business execution, team development, and culture.
- Champion a customer-centric, results-oriented culture that encourages speaking up, problem-solving, collaboration, experimentation, and learning.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of clinical value, access and reimbursement, territory management, and omni-channel marketing tools.
- Use analytics to guide decisions and identify risk/opportunity; ensure effective deployment of face-to-face and omni-channel resources.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed field sales teams in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments); internal Sales Associates eligible if ELDP completed or 2+ years sales management in prior 2 years.
- 2+ years as a first-line sales manager with strategic thinking/enterprise mindset.
- Proven success attracting/developing diverse talent; driving sales growth; leading cross-functional partnerships.
- Ability to manage field organizations through change/innovation/growth.
- Reside within territory or within 100 miles of territory border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable:
- Experience leading teams to large practices, hospitals, IDNs & SoC customers; reimbursement knowledge (outpatient and inpatient).
